Good theory to lectures, tutors have good knowledge of subject. However, communication is poor, organisation is poor

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Poor structure, although 1st course to start and expect teething problems. Academic side is organised, however admin and clerical is poor. no hospital placement arranged.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Mentor is very good, very supportive and good out of his way to support. Employer doesn't really have much involvement at local level, however senior management teams having regular meetings to find out about the course and how well it is going.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Limited support from some tutors, no real guidance on some areas.
Regular meeting with concerns raised from the cohort, but no real change or active solutions to the problems.
Although some tutors are very good and supportive. Some do work out of normal working hours to try and get things completed in time.
