Some weeks at uni or placement, but most of my time is out on a ambulance with my mentor learning my new role

Yes I have got a lot of new skills but as well I have gained a lot of knowledge why we do these skills

How well organised/structured is your programme?

There are a few points that could be improved but it was the first course run for EMAS and NTU and the staff are great.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot they are paying me to do my dream job and have had a few problems at the start but they worked hard to correct them and have always been supportive.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The staff at NTU have been great good feed back and friendly

It is giving me the skills and knowledge to become the paramedic I want to be.

There are always courses to attend if I wish and the uni have lots of events on.
