To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Verbal and written communication are also areas that I have developed. Adapting to different communication mediums such as zoom, email and teams are all skills that you typically lack coming out of school and it is great to be able to work on these.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
How much support do you receive from your employer?
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
Lecturers could be more upfront and proactive in terms of offering help and support, however it is there if you need it.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
There is also the opportunity to join teams such as the Smiles team and the Mental wellbeing and resilience team.
Social events have been limited however this is expected due to the pandemic.
