Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
From September to June I am a regular university student who attends lectures and tutorials - additionally I have to have weekly meetings with PwC where current employees go through the different roles within PwC to give me an insight as to what I could be doing in the future.
Between June and August I will have to complete a 10 week placement at PwC within one of their tech teams. I will be expected to work regular 9-5 hours during this time.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
This is an amazing programme with literally zero downsides if you want to study computer science at university.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
As a computer science undergraduate I am learning all about tech.
When I have the opportunity to spend time within the company I will learn about the applications of this tech in the real world.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The course is well structured and organised, but at times it is hard to know who to ask questions as you are working both within a university and a company.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
As much or as little as desired. There is always someone ready to answer any questions you should have.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Same as above. Although within universities' communication is not known as being the best in the world. You may need to chase up a few times/wait a while for a response.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
The integrated degree and training couldn't be a better way to provide a well rounded education.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
You're a university student - the world is your oyster!
