Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Liase with finance teams to determine our monthly revenues and costs and ensure month end processes go smoothly. Make financial reports for senior management based on data from Cognos.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was given a lot of responsibility both within my role and externally as we have intern projects that give us exposure to all departments of the business

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I really enjoyed the internship and it is commendable that us interns gained so much exposure, experience and had a great time during the weirdest and most challenging year of our lives due to covid.
