Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Member of team working on the audit of various entities, completing tasks and working closely with team members to understand how and why to do the work. Then completing the work and feeding back to the team
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I found the programme enjoyable as i was able to learn new skills and then put them into practise in a real world scenario. Although it was challenge it was good to work with and meet new people, and complete the work

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learned about what audit work involves, and then went on to learn how to complete tasks which go towards completing the audit. I also developed existing IT skills and learned how to use these to improve the quality of work

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The programme was clearly structured to benefit being new to the job, as we were offered adequate support from collegaues to coach us through the work, and they were very nice in doing so. We knew what we had to do
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
We received a lot of support, being assigned a career coach and buddy as points of contact for any queries or problems we had. We were also given a lot of coaching by fellow team members to help us complete work
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
The training gave a basic outline as to what we were doing, however as we were doing it remotely, it was a challenge to understand what was going on. It was far different from being in office and doing the work youself
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
The training gave a basic outline of what to expect coming into the work, and gave an introduction to the technology, however it was far more beneficial actually having a go in the office at work set, and being coached through one on one
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There have been social activities regularly, which helped to intergrate into the office and get to meet people. There was also a weekly football event with members of the office, which was great fun
