A diverse company with a welcoming culture. It was very pleasing to work there and as a result I rlly gained a lot from this programme
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to HSBC?
Be yourself in the interview. Be clear in your answers on the lessons you’ve learnt and how this improved your skills - you don’t have to get every situation “correct”!
