Supporting the Management team and supporting my Business Manager in day-to-day roles such as meeting admins, recognition, noting actions for the week, collaborating etc
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

In comparison to my previous role, I am really enjoying my apprenticeship as the work is more interesting, everyone I work with is really nice, and I love the flexibility of working from home. I also can't wait to earn my qualification.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am now more proficient in Microsoft applications as my knowledge decreased after leaving school. I also am more confident speaking to new people and hosting business-wide zooms.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is extremely structured so far. All of my tasks have clear deadlines and timescales for how long they will take to complete, and my trainer [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] has been in constant contact with me.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive plenty of support and am allowed 20% off the job learning time for my apprenticeship.
