Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Day-to-day involves attending meetings and ensuring that I check the backlog for client complains and see if we can fix those system issues they are facing with their accounts.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am Currently really enjoying my role as I feel like a very established part of the team even though I have only been here for 6 Months. Really enjoy Learning new skills, figuring out new solutions is always fun.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned how to coordinate projects as well as numerous other skills such as ; SQL, Pen testing, Writing emails to senior people. I learned to communicate my ideas to various different people.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The education side of the program leaves you with a lot of questions that you need to find the answers on your own. The program is structured really well. It really allows for you to smoothly integrate with your team and role.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I really enjoy my team and Line manager. They are always there to help me with whatever I need. The line of communication is always open between us which is really helpful when you go into a world where you have no prior experience or knowledge in.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The level of support is exceptional the point that you can ask any random person in the organisation for help on anything and they will either make time for you or go out of their way to find the right person to speak to or the right material you need.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am not qualified yet but working towards my qualifications I can say that my role really prepares me for the next step of my career when the time comes.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are numerous activities such volunteering, cohort activates even actives such as coffee sessions are a common occurrence at NatWest.
