Fantastic support is provided by my employer. There are many services available to be referred to that covers multiple areas of support, including financial, mental health and physical health support.

The qualification helps me perform better by providing me with the necessary skills and systems I require to perform in my role. There are many different pathways in which we can develop and progress ourselves.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT Group?
Be completely yourself and don't be afraid to ask questions! Everybody is really friendly and supportive and they favour personality over qualifications and skills, as these can be taught.
