Apprentice Supervisor. Overseeing deliveries, stocking shelves/freezers. Weekly paperwork, banking and now rotas.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Have learnt a lot I can apply to my role, especially in the latter part of the course. Allowed me to gain promotion to Senior Supervisor with higher salary

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structure with plenty of time between modules. Even worked well given changed appointments that changed to COVID or work patterns
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Honestly, not that much at all. No hours were allocated in store specifically although I did use my usual shift or own time to do anything I needed in store.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

All that I needed. Very supportive and there via call or email if I needed anything.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

There’s a lot I can make use of in my role, and going forward. Also provided me with a good understanding of the business as a whole.
