I work as a Project Controls assistant controlling 50 live projects on a GSK site in Hertfordshire
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy coming into work everyday building my skills and knowledge working within a great company and working alongside one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have greatly developed my Powerbi and excel skills, whilst learning on the job and also on the training programme that Mace provide.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

We have a structured training course provided by Mace with training programmes once a month which is a great opportunity to network with other people within the company.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

There are lots of people who other support from mentors to your line manager. There is a wide network of people who will offer support throughout the business.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I am given a mentor from my university who schedule meetings every 6 six for a review with my line manager and myself.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I learn skills and knowledge that i am able to transfer through to my work at GSK which is highly beneficial.
