Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The days comprised of deep-dive sessions into NatWest's Purpose as a bank and how they seek to address current issues in the world. It also involved sessions on our specific business area where we could network with the employees and graduates. The breakout group activities made the entire experience very interesting.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
I was able to get a deeper understanding of the variety of roles that lie in my business area and how they differ from one another as well.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I thoroughly enjoyed it. It included a multitude of different events throughout the week that kept us engaged. Some of the activities challenged us to think above and beyond. Overall it was exciting and fun.
