Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Several different zoom sessions allowing you to network with graduates and people who work in your chosen area, as well as sessions to look into the bank's purpose, and several sessions on what the culture of the bank is as well as tips for the assessment centre.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Easy to understand, definitely provided more information than you would get online, free to ask questions.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very positive, working on diversity as well as climate action and essentially being a sustainable business. More of a relaxed culture than corporate which was a pleasant surprise.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
The insight was very enjoyable, plenty of opportunity to ask questions, there was no pressure and the coordinators were great, very easy to talk to, everything was very organised.

Be confident and be yourself, don't put yourself under pressure as they won't either. Stay calm during the application process and definitely research the purpose and diversity and inclusion practices.
