Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Cash handling, key handler, opening pub, stock rotation, customer service, closing pub,banking at the end of night, changing barrels, cellar line cleaning, accepting orders, kitchen shifts including opens and closes. Checking kitchen close downs at the end of shift, training new staff and attending meetings with area manager and other managers
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme. My tutor is very knowledgeable and approachable about problems occuring during my programme

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

End of night cash handling and banking . I've also carried out internal people management training which I have found really useful
