My role is to maintain all types of pipe work and general engineering on a certain plant that I’m based at.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it very much so far and am excited to get back on site after I have completed my college course.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt lots about team building and overall heightened knowledge of compentence in engineering. I have also learnt about all types of seeds preservation and chemicals including physics.

It is very well organised and strucitered as I know what I have to do for a good further role in the company.

At the moment I just receive basic support as it is not as needed at college
