I worked as an AI Intern in Syngenta’s Commercial IT team, developing AI and automation solutions within Salesforce. My day-to-day work involved understanding business requirements, building and testing applications, working with CRM data, and discussing solutions with technical colleagues and business stakeholders. My projects included AI-generated customer business plans, a chatbot for analysing survey responses, automated translation, and an interactive campaign timeline. I also supported data analysis and planning for the migration to a global CRM platform.
