I am able to look at theory and put it into practice in my work. The apprenticeship standard is also making me learn new things so that I can experience modules first hand

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend McDonald's to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I find that McDonald’s puts their people first and have developed excellent systems for training, personal development and well-being. Most of my closest friends either work or have worked at McDonald’s as well- you work in a team and get friends for life!
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
If your starting part time or full time, working around school, your children, or any other commitments- you can still go far. I started as a part-time crew member when I was at college, and 3 years later ended up running that restaurant as a Business Manager.
