Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Dealing with customers, making food and drinks for customers, taking orders, putting orders together, giving orders out, getting stock and dealing with complaints.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

its okay i get a blk load of work once a month which isn't great as i would prefer to spread it over the course of the month

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt very valuable sills from my job at Mcdonalds such as how to deal with angry customers and improved my communications skills.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

not very well, i get one call a month where a i would prefer if my tutor checked in more than they do

bascally none they leave me to it and have nothing to do with my apprenticeship

an okay amount, i feel as though they could be more involved though.
