There are some lovely people I have befriended however a lot of sexist and homophobic comments that have been made throughout the time I’ve been here.

I feel that specialisation does not have much structure where no one knows what is happening and the expectations are not clear at times.

I feel in the Babcock dockyard I would be able to access more support. I feel that this is colleges weak area and they are not very discreet about resolving issues.

When completing units if feel like for a large amount we haven’t been taught and we are expected to know it even if we have no background experience so we are expected to Google and teach ourselves.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
I feel that it is too soon to decide whether it has helped me in my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
No in college but in Babcock dockyard you have a network for communities and support.
