I think that are encouraged to start studying too late. By the stage that we're given study leave, role based work has picked up so much that it's hard to balance the two

coach is very attentive and encouraging. She's very open to my thoughts and understanding of the bigger picture

I think that it's useful to have a good and solid base understanding oif maths that's what I've learnt so far. I can't speak yet to how the course as a whole is helpful
