Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work in a client management role and this can vary on a day to day basis. I will usually worth with a team of colleagues to best serve the needs of our clients.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme a lot it has helped be develop skills as well as given me a lot of opportunities and benefits with the apprenticeship. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly so have made it easy for me to settle into the company and adjust from studying to working easily
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills since working at Aon as we have training that explains a lot of different things. This can range IT skills all the way to learning about the wider sector we work in.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think that it is organised well from working and studying they have made it easier for you to blend the work so it isnt too hard. There is also always people around. It definitely worked well in the beginning when we were given training on different areas we would need when we started to work
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from Aon. This is probably one of the best thing about Aon everyone is happy to help and support you in the work you do. Not only did I have other apprentices to speak to I also was allocated a buddy when first working which essentially made it easier to ask someone for support
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get a lot of support from my training provider if there is anything that you dont understand they hare happy to go through it wiht you
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like my qualification is goign well as i am supported a lot in my role. I think the qualification has also helped to understand the work we do on a day to day basis and helps us also understand what the ins and outs of the job is.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Aon always hold socials to keep teams socialising we also do have chances to socialise with other teams and colleagues we may not on a day to day basis.

Why?
I think Aon is very well rounded, the values it holds and the people within the company are great. I feel like this apprenticeship would really help people to elevate in the working industry as it is also very flexible and gives you a chance to delve into other areas in Aon that may interest you.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aon?
I would say the best thing to do is ask questions. Aon has a lot of oppurtunities for people and I think by asking questions you can get a real good idea of what the company wants and also what you would want from the company
