At Aon I work within the technical support team supporting with the evidence of covers and the market reform contracts.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I thoroughly enjoyed my programme and felt supported throughout by my staff members but also the external company I worked with for my apprenticeship.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt about the insurance industry but also what reinsurance is. I have the learnt the complexity of covering risks and the process followed.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
I believe my programme is organised but there could be room for improvement by having more revision sessions closer to exams and have them more tailored or in smaller groups so that the experience feels more individual and more information can be taken from the session.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive endless amount from my employer by manager as well as team members regularly check in on me to see how my studying is going but also my work load as well and that I am coping and enjoying my time.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
From my training provider my coach does supply support however more revisions would be appreciated.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
It is an extra opportunity to learn more about insurance but also complete my CII exams with support of a coach. It also helps by providing sessions around tips for working from home but also how to present yourself within the workplace.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are several work/team lunches or events after work that give you a great opportunity to network with other colleagues at Aon.
