Skanska has been a great company to do my apprenticeship with, the support I have received during my apprenticeship has been incredible and I have been offered multiple opportunities throughout to push my skills.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Skanska?
Be prepared for the application process, as the interview process I went through was vigorous. My interviews included assessment sessions, multiple interviews and aptitude tests.
