Mace also offer an internal training course for apprentices, including classes on Emotional Intelligence, Confidence training and Excel workshops.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very well structured, we are giving a timetable for the year including events and training, with timings, dates and location. This allows me to block out this time in my calendar.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my team, line manager and the Emerging Talent Team, from weekly 1-to1s with my manager, to catch ups with the Talent Team and progress reviews.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support from my training provider. I have a coach for each module I learn, who I can have separate calls with during my learning. I also have a coach who I have 4 weeks review calls with. I have been support by the learning team and given extra support due to having learning difficulties.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification has helped perform better in my role on a day to day basis as I have better knowledge on daily tasks and I put the theory I have learnt into practice.
