4/5
my employer helps me a lot with work, answering any questions needed and supporting me with my studies, they try to give me shifts off for my apprenticeship where possible, but not always able too, every time, which is understandable. i am very grateful for the support. i feel valued as an apprentice.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
i know that any time i need support they are only a message or call away. they always respond abs always respond fast. this is a big help. they allow me to move or push meeting whenever needed, this is a big help when work schedules can’t be changed
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
the qualifications teaches me more about how to manage a team as well as extra cooking skills. it also teaches me how to do little every day tasks. a lot of the time i don’t realise i am doing something because i’ve picked it up in my apprenticeship until after
