Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I am an information manager apprentice where I deal with multiple clients and help assist them in any problems on the technical side of project management.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I enjoy my programme to a large extent as both the company I work for and the course provider are very helpful and supportive.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I am learnt many new skills but one which is notable is confidence. The confidence to ask your line manager or project manager who have worked many years is a bit daunting as I've just started my career but everyone is very helpful.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
It is structured very well. As an apprentice, I am working 80% at my company and 20% with my course provider. As I only go college twice a month, I get another two days paid from my company to help contribute to my college (Writing my coursework).
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
As mentioned previously, My company are very supportive of not just myself but many other apprentices. If there are any problems, there are multiple pathways and people in my company which I can talk with.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Please see mentioned above.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
It helps a lot as there are a lot of modules to go through and understand how the role I am acting as right now helps in the project.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
LinkedIn is very helpful and allowed me to network wider. I actually partake in a weekly football session with colleagues after work. Furthermore, I am Muslim and don't drink however the company support this and we actually go to places such as flight club to accommodate everyone.
