I am an assistant manager and ensuring legislations are followed and team moral stays high. And exceptional customer service through out!
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoyed my programme. Im looking forward to my next one. But im going to miss my current trainer.

I've grown as a manager on how to deal with situations and following legislations. Very informative.

It very much so. I've recommended and signed other people up to do an NVQ as it's extremely beneficial to everyone's role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Regular online training is provided and regular courses to sign up too. They recommend to have a course signed up atleast every 6 weeks.
