Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
As a duty manager, I manage the shift I do and the people around me. I make sure our shift runs smoothly taking care of any inconveniences along the way and delegating tasks to my co-workers and maintaining a clean and friendly work environment.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I like it. There are always going to be some modules you already heard of and that you're not so interested at first, but I find that, the more we proceed with it, the more interesting it gets. I like learning new things

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I've learned how to delegate, which used to be something I was not comfortable with at first. I've learned to deal with complaints in a more calm and confident way. Most of my problem solving skills increased a lot.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
It's pretty well organized. We start simple and move up to more complex things.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
A lot of support! I absolutely love my boss. She makes sure our progress runs smoothly and goes above and beyond for us.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
We receive a lot of support as well. She gives us all the material needed so we can succeed and is always available to find a good time for us to meet up and discuss any issues or improvements.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
It helps out quite a bit. Honestly, I don't think I would have known how much I needed to improve in my "people skills" until I started this course. I honestly am grateful for the opportunity and can't wait to see what else I will be able to learn.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
We have a football team that plays every year. I'm not really into it, but that's okay, I really like watching them play
