To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I love my programme, work is never a dread and I love what I do, as well as the people around me. The culture is fantastic and has by far exceeded all expectations. My managers have created a great environment for me to thrive in.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes, I have learnt more than imaginable and only been here a few months. I'm so glad I chose this programme. I have learnt so many lab skills and developed so well as a person with amazing support.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
There is lots of induction and training for safety and awareness at first and lots of support for studying. My managers always make time and have support sessions with me weekly. The uni side of things could be more organised but on the whole it is great.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
An incredible amount, with weekly catch-ups and my managers and everybody around me alwys offering support to help me or teach me in order for me to excel. I also have a mentor that is a director in the USA allowing connections for me to grow
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
They are there for support however the learning style could be different, more learning interaction would be better.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Yes, of course some topics more than others however my managers have been great with helping me link in what I learn at uni and applying it to the workplace, for example I studied cell biology and they helped arranged for me to visit another lab with expertise in this.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes, there are so many societies, committees and groups that you an become apart of, all of which host events, webinars, fun and sociable activities and impose great opportunities to meet new people
