Currently I look after the daily/weekly/monthly maintenance for the warships in upkeep, this requires checking and allocating jobs. Then updating the system where they are stored.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
It ok, covid may of hindered the experience and I do not think I have had the most challenging placements they could of given me. I have thoroughly enjoyed networking and learning about systems and procedures.

3/5
I have learnt the Navy's maintenance system and developed on my organisational abilities

Structure and Support

The qualifications are structured and so is the pay system. Though in the area I have chosen to be in there isn't a clear plan and I do not know where I will end once the apprenticeship is over
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I think they give a great deal of support in all different ways. In comparison to all employers I have had before they are the best
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
For the degree part it could be better as the teaching is challenging. From the NVQ my ADM and my managers they are very supportive
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
1/5
I haven't really used anything from the foundation degree in my role
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
I'm not sure about social, but there are plenty of networking opportunities.
APT group, Newsletter group, Health and Wellbeing, the different networks and so on....
