Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
My role involves to solve different incidents that are received in the EGOC sector of Experian. the incidents are to do with any problems that Experian have, internal and external users have. The incidents are on a severity based on a P1 very high to P4 not very high scale.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I enjoy my program a lot, this is mainly because i am working for a good company and I'm in a team who are very helpful. Also, I'm learning new things which makes me enjoy my role even more, because I love to learn new skills, as they can always help me in life.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes i have learnt many new skills whilst I have been working at Experian. I have only been working here 3-4 months so there is still room to learn a lot more skills, but for the time I've been here I've definitely learnt a vast amount of skills. These skills include, using different software, programs, solving incidents and etc.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
My program is structured very well, I have 4 days where I am learning on the job and then 1 day a week where I am learning off the job, doing my apprenticeship training. I also have live events with my apprenticeship provider, which are virtual classroom, which allows me to learn a lot of new things.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive a great amount of support from my employer. Working for such a big company, the support I receive is amazing, as I always feel like I'm apart of something and not left out, which can be a big problem working for big companies, but Experian are very good at avoiding that scenario.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I receive a lot of support from my training provider. Whenever i am stuck on a piece of work, they training provider is always there to help, and they explain what to do. This is really helpful, as it saves me a lot of time, and allows me to learn new things.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
The qualification through my training provider helps me to perform a lot better in my role, as the qualification helps me to learn new things, which are beneficial to the role. I can then use that knowledge from the qualification in my everyday role, to help me be quicker and more efficient.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are many extra curricular activities I get involved with at work. The main ones include, social events with the other apprentices and graduates. Also i get involved in different virtual quizzes that happen every now and then, which is a great way to have a break from work every once in a while.
