Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Core responsibilities that are set out at the start of the year. I would report into my manager for any ad hoc work. You are also part of a stretch project which could be in a number of different areas of the business. Mine was accessibility and we ran a few events to raise awareness of digital skills in education.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
You are given a lot of responsibility, but you have to go looking for it. It is very dependent on where you end up in the business. If you show initiative you will get loads out of the year.

Amazing culture. Very similar to other tech companies such as Apple. A real people first mentality
