Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am an assistant manager, I support a manager in the day to day running of the store, so that means managing other people within our team, supporting them with coaching and development and handling customer queries, sales and complaints from the start to end of the customer interaction to reach an overall target.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the program alot, mostly when I'm interacting with people or my trainer and putting the things I've learnt to practice, Im a kenistetic learner so the enjoyment is when I am involved in practical tasks, course work and assignments I enjoy less but I understand the requirement to do them

During my time on the course I have learnt many new skills that have enabled me to carry out my job and support others, understanding the training needs of my staff and learning more about the legislations and stakeholders in my business are among of the many things I have learnt

It gives me insight in to different ways to approach different situations and enables me to be able to asses the situation in the right way

I'm sure there is some however covid has made sure to limit alot of the social conferences we used to have

You have to be 100% in, you need to want to work and have a good work ethic other wise you are at risk of letting the whole team down
