I was present at numerous webinars which included: outlines of routes into legal sector, Q&A panels with solicitors, and interview/application tips. We also did some group exercises relating to fictional business and legal scenarios and complemented this with some tasks created by the firm to mirror real life legal tasks.

I learnt much about the different routes into the legal sector and also the type of work environment at Pinsent Masons, as well as the various department and what they do on an everyday basis. I also developed my knowledge of how to approach and prepare for any interview process or legal application.

How much did you learn about the company culture and what it would be like to work there?

I learnt a lot as many people from different departments outlined the firm culture and policies as well as what it is like to work there everyday - it was very informative and helpful in clarifying potential career paths.
