Work Experience Student Review

My work experience involved taking part in set tasks - Lease and statutory and drafting. My work experience also involved me attending live Microsoft teams meetings where I was able to get involved and ask questions to supervisors, solicitors, trainee-solicitors and partners.

I thoroughly enjoyed the work experience. This is because the experience has helped me to make a more concrete decision on my course to study at the University. I also thoroughly enjoyed the experience because it allowed me to get involved with other students who are in the same position as me

This work experience event was very organised and because of this, I felt very comfortable attending the event. All the team's meetings and tasks were very accessible and easy to find. There was also a great amount of support from all of the Pinsent Masons staff with quick and informative replies about any technical issues or help in general

This experience was undoubtedly the most helpful experience I have had to date in helping me to decide on my future career. It has shown me the daily runnings of a solicitor and what I have to do on my journey to become a successful solicitor at a firm such as Pinsent Masons.

From this work experience, I learned a lot about a company that I previously had little knowledge of. I learned about the wide variety of work which they complete and the awards they have achieved because of itit. I also could see myself fitting into the company as well because of the great atmosphere of the office staff.
