My work experience involved a mixture of presentations, group discussions, Q&As and independent activities, all to give insight and support on a potential career in Commercial Law. We also took part in a Slogan Competition, to get us thinking about the Firm's values.
To what extent did you enjoy your work experience?

I highly enjoyed my week and I believe the co-ordinators were incredibly kind and supportive. The cohort were especially brilliant and I enjoyed being with like-minded people.
How well organised was your work experience?

Very well organised, especially the Early Talent Team. Any technical issues were solved promptly.
How much did your work experience help you in deciding on your future career path?

I primarily learned the skills of paying attention to detail, debate and organised discussion, as well as utilising resources and insight from those experienced in the field I am interested in.

I learnt more than I thought I would. I believe Pinsent Masons is a highly innovative firm, and the quality of work and insight we were provided with was excellent.
Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees?

Yes. We had a networking lunch and I got to know the other students, who were all highly-motivated and interesting people to talk to.
