Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend BT Group to a friend?
Yes
Why?
although has many problems is a good place to work, however it is important to note due to the size of the company the engineers interest isnt always the priority for example the removal of possibility to get any external qualification from the apprenticeship and replacement of internal accreditations and the importance of budgets / cost
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT Group?
try to get onto fibre not copper or service delivery, and although they layout a plan for you and tell you the right things initiative is the only way too succeed
