My role is to support customers where there mortgagee term has come to an end and require further assistance with clearing the outstanding balance.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed the learning experience, however I would have liked more opportunity to explore the business more and other roles within Barclays

I have learnt project managing skills, and how to use the DIMAC approach when problem solving.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program with Capella had a good structure. However the communication from the career coaches at Barclays do have room for improvement.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Team leaders have been very supportive with the apprenticeship program and help where they can.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots of support given with the training provider. Very fast responses and went the extra mile to add in further sessions if required.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Haven't had a lot of opportunity to apply what i have learnt during the covid lockdown period. The lessons learnt have definitely carried into my daily work.

Yes
Why?
Because the apprentice program is a good program if your are just starting out and a good route to take after school.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
don't be afraid to ask for help or chase for responses as communication can be improved.
