Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

My understanding thus far is that the BI team does a lot of data analysing for example doing hotel searches are used for customers and they see the value of the data and on the back of hotel searches customers have purchased TDI one pagers. We act as enablers to the customer management team to ensure the customer needs are met and without that key data the customer would not come back

i have developed many skills over my time here at Travelport. Some being excel skills being able to complete formulas to a high skill level. Outside of the job general confidence has also improved since being involved in many calls with colleagues across the uk and europe.
