The beginning and the end of the programme have both lacked communication but the programme with capella was well organised
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is supportive and ensures that 20% off the job ect is given. However communication is poor from early careers team.

As much as you need. Capellla were great in offering support and help

Go for it ! The application process is quite intense but worth it
