Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work on 2 projects;
Project 1 - Work on valuations, cost report, cost plans go on site walks etc
Project 2 - More of a overview commercial role, overseeing the commercial side of many projects worldwide for the client
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it a lot, I have great support at Mace from the Emerging Talent Team but also my individual team

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt so much in under 2 years, before I stared I wasnt really sure what a cost consultant did but now I am independent at work on the whole

Very Well, there is structured training we receive a timetable for at the beginning of each academic year. They organise reviews multiple times a year

I receive full support from my employer
