I am a sales apprentice, this involves me calling customers, maintaing accounts and prospecting new ones. As well as this, finding new opportunities.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Softcats programme is different to any other programme in the UK as the culture in softcat is amazing and so I enjoy the work i do

How much support do you receive from your employer?

Huge amounts of support from previous apprentices, my apprentice manager, my team leader, my deputy team leader. This is only a few of a long list of people that i can go to to receive support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We have regular sessions with them weekly as well as email chains back and forth between these sessions, so we receive lots of support from them
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

We do sales sessions with someone who has been in sales her whole life so every session with her i learn something new to try the following day when i hit the phones.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there are many activities, my personal favourite is softcats football team
