My role is training to be a project manager currently I am undertaking administration tasks such as, setting ups meetings, creating actions log and being responsible for them, contracting stakeholders.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme, I like that you are left independent and only have to meet with your tutor every 5 week instead of every week whilst knowing they are always available to fully support you.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

During my time on the babington apprenticeship I have learnt lots of of new skills that help me on my daily role from stakeholder mapping to external environmental factors.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is extremely organised and takes/ assignment are set with reasonable deadlines, you are able to see future task which I think is really good to get infront with your work especially if a holiday maybe coming up.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I revive a lot of support from my employer I spilt within in 2 teams My line manager meets with me every Friday to check in on what task I’ve got to offer any support and my other manager meets with me bi-weekly.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support from the training provider when I meet with her every 6 weeks she makes it clear what my targets are and what I am doing well she covers all assignments with full detail.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like the assignment I am completely are expanding my knowledge and skills on how to make me better at my job role and become a project manager
