I really enjoy the experience I have had and it has enabled me to grow and develop. The different placements I have had enabled me to develop a wide range of skills

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have hugely developed my leadership skills, I’ve been given opportunities to lead small groups and projects. Furthermore, my project management skills have improved and l an more confident using relevant tools to do so.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The programme is really well structured, even in the midst of a pandemic the programme still ran smoothly and I was able to rotate placements as expected.

4/5
My employer is extremely supportive. Whenever I have any queries, they are always on hand to help and put me at ease when I am anxious about anything.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
The training provider assigned a specific talent coach to the cohort. This helped as when the whole cohort had issues, it was addressed in one way and the information received was standardised.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
The qualification gives a wider horizon and background understanding to the work actively being undertaken in my role. I better understand why things are done in a certain way and why certain models and tools are used.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are lots of social activities I have been involved in. I also have run some of the virtual social sessions, these help us to network and learn about what the other apprentices do as well as what roles there are available around the organisation.
