Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Mondelez to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Because the culture made my experience very enjoyable. And the concept of a degree apprenticeship at Mondelez where you gain 3 years industry experience, get paid, and also achieve a degree is an amazing opportunity.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mondelez?
The assessment day was intense but be yourself and be genuine, research the company beforehand - and their values/mission statement/ product portfolio so you have background knowledge prior to your interview/application process.
