Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Every day is not the same day, I liaise with preferred strategic suppliers to ensure that they are meeting their contractual T&Cs. I support stakeholders within Europe and ME to procure their MRO goods for their sites.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is very engaging even though it is completed virtually. It has been really helpful for me to put the theory behind some of the activities which I complete on a day to day basis.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My existing skill set was in the finance function so I have learnt a new skill set when moving to Indirect Purchasing. This relates to project management, managing internal and external stakeholders.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure is fantastic and I really appreciate the revision sessions are so close to the actual examinations.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer supports me by providing me with 20% of my work time dedicated towards the programme.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider is very supportive if I email my tutor or coach when I am unsure of something or need support on a particular question when revising I always receive a response almost immediately but definitely within 24 hours.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It absolutely helps me to perform better as it helps me to analyse my supply base and market using tools that I have not used previously.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
