Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
My role as a surveyor can involve carrying out valuations, managing properties or lettings dependant on placement department I am in. Generally speaking, meeting tenants or speaking with those in wider CD involving properties and projects is required.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I am thoroughly enjoying the scheme. The support TFL offers is second to none, I feel well supported by my Line Manager and colleagues in progressing with my Degree and Chartership exams.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
My communication skills have enormously improved, presentation skills, team work and overall property knowledge, skills and experience.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The scheme is well organised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive incredible support from both my previous Line Manager, sponsor and current Line Managers. Everyone is really supportive.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
I feel the University support could be improved somewhat however, that is well expected with large Universities.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
I feel the current degree does not provide an accurate representation or correlation in what I do in my day to day job however, TFL are working with us to rectify that.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
