Manage contractors in site
Manage WHL paint workers
Produce a weekly schedules for the painters
Assist Mace managers on site

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying the Mace apprenticeship and am enjoying learning and being able to receive training in many different areas of construction

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have continuing to learn on the job. When I first joined I was completely green. I now have much more confidence and am now learning to manage trade contractors

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised considering the stress that covid have caused to the apprenticeship scheme

How much support do you receive from your employer?

Since joining Mace I have regularly received support from CM on battersea. The CM's are always willing to help and answer my question, which is a big positive. In addition daily talks with my line managers has been important for my development

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

When I have need help regarding the Mace apprenticeship scheme the Mace apprentice providers have always been more than willing to help. In addition my time at LSBU has been smooth and have received good help from the professors

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification has offered me further knowledge on the technical side of site work and has helped, it has also helped a lot being on site daily and talking to the trade supervisors

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I go to the gym 3/4 times a week and before covid would enjoy going to Millwall home matches

Because they have been helpful and friendly from the day I joined, I also believe that they are a company that truly cares and does it maximum to ensure their apprenticeships succeed
