Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Our role changes every year and is designed to be in line with our apprenticeship studies and requirements. My current role is to provide data around our relationship with 3rd parties and access to cash for customers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

10/10 I really enjoy my placement and am happy coming to work every single day. I enjoy lectures and learning more.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Both I have been able to develop my experiences with various stakeholders and customers as well as being able to develop new skills such as data analysis.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

We alternate placements each year to support the programme for me so far year one is going really well and I feel all aspects of the structure compliment eachother.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

As much as I need, I have monthly 121's with placement manager and apprenticeship manager. If I need anything managers are a phone call, message or email away
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Lectures are frequent and they are an email away if I require any further assistance or a phone call.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It matches my role and will help me to develop within this industry with qualification as well as experience. Some employers find the experience just as valuable as the degree
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

If you put in the hard work and genuinely try your best they will see that. When applying try to use the star method for interviews, keep it simple and believe in yourself then they will to.
